Rates for Professional time for Edward J. Priz, CPCU, APA

Consultant Fees: The client shall compensate A.I.M. for professional time of Edward J. Priz at the rate of $500.00 per hour for all tasks performed as part of the engagement, including but not limited to analysis, calculations, conclusions, preparation of reports, providing testimony at deposition or trial, and meetings or phone consultations about this matter. 

Client shall compensate A.I.M. at the rate of $250.00 per hour for out-of-town travel time by Edward J. Priz that is required for this case.

Expenses: Expenses incurred by A.I.M. or A.I.M. personnel for work on behalf of client-attorney shall be reimbursed by the client as follows:

• Travel by Air or Train: The actual cost of the round-trip ticket for economy class.
• Lodging: For any travel of more than eighty (80) miles from his office, Mr. Priz shall be reimbursed for the cost of lodging.
• Car Rental:  If transportation is not otherwise provided by client, Mr. Priz shall be reimbursed for the cost of a mid-size rental car while working out-of-town on client’s behalf, or for the costs of taxicab transportation utilized by Mr. Priz while working out-of-town on client’s behalf.  Parking charges incurred by Mr. Priz while working on behalf of client shall also be reimbursed by client.
